What is the minimum stay period?

• Preferably a 6 or 12-month lease

 

Do you supply Linen?

• The double beds all have mattress protectors but your own linen is required

 

Is there insurance included?

• The property is covered for building and our contents. Your own insurance is required for your own contents and or valuables

 

Do you allow pets?

• Pets are considered on application

 

How far away is the house from the Gatton Uni Campus?

• 5 minutes drive

 

What security is in the house?

• The entire house has security screens installed to all outside doors and windows. Each bedroom door is lockable.

 

Is the house air-conditioned?

• Yes, ducted air conditioned is installed with individual room control.

 

Is there a maximum number of occupants per room?

• There is a maximum of one person per room.  No more than 5 people to stay overnight in the house at any time

 

How old is the house?

• The house was built in 2013

 

How often is the common area's cleaned?

• Once weekly and the gardens and lawn are attended to as required.

 

Are there smoke detectors installed?

• Yes, smoke detectors are installed and meet QLD government requirements. We also have a fire blanket and extinguisher.

 

What happens when maintenance is required?

• Being local owners, we can assess any situation in a very timely manner. We want you to have a safe comfortable stay and part of that is that if anything goes wrong, we are there for you at the time of need, as soon as we possibly can.
